Description

The project of the New Touristic Port of Imperia is caracterized about 263.000 mq. of land grant where will find refuge 1300 berths for boats with length from 5 m. to 90 m.



In the Port of Imperia, by the end of 2010, will be build even shipbuilding places (of 5.600 mq and with about 15.000 mq of operative square), commercial places (9700 mq), residences (totally will be build 117 flats), gardens, services (like a important well-equipped heliport), public and private parkings (1786 parkings and 96 box).



The Port of Imperia will become the most important touristic port of the Mediterranean, it is in a strategic point because it is in Liguria near French (Montecarlo, Nizza and Antibes) and it is not far from Corsica and Sardegna; besides it is easily reachable with the motorway (A10) or the railway.



The quays are endowed with electric power and drinkable water.
