Description
Port la Nouvelle is a traditional and lively family resort with a port which keeps the town busy all the year round.
Famous for its clear air and its 13 km of fine golden sand, Port la Nouvelle has all the facilities of a well-equipped resort. The beach has been awarded the Blue Flag for water quality.
Classed as Port of Refuge, Port La Nouvelle is linked to the Canal du Midi by the Canal de la Robine. Be very careful with commercial vessels (cargo, tankers and gas carriers).
